As A Real Hiker, You Should Know this

Hiking principles and essentials are concern with both the leg movement and the whole body, people should try to balance their body and adjust their pace by waving their arms. Control your walking rhythm, and the best walking speed is walking but without big breath and ensure your pulse is no more than 120 beats/minute. Don't bent your back and breath by abdominal breathing, keep your foot a stable movement by touching the ground, from heel to toes. Hikers should develop good habits when walking, make sure that you should not laugh or frolicking, and don't sing loudly, because that may distract the walkers' attention, and also a physical exertion.
When walking in the uphill, keep your body gravity in the forefeet and to lean forward, while, when going downhill, keep and lower your body gravity in the heel part, and keep your body slightly drooping. No matter in the uphill or the down hill, you should keep your space in a zigzag, by avoiding go straight line, this is the relatively safe walking method. Stones, twigs, canes in hand climbing should attempt first by your hand pull, be sure that it's strong enough for you to grab. It is often happened that the twigs or cranes that the walkers grabbed are the twigs or rotten leaves which cause an accident.
Walking rest principle should also pay attention to methods, the general length is the combination of short and long, and the short one is usually play the main role. The short time rest should keep in 5 minutes and without removing the backpacks and other equipment, to rest by standing to adjust the breath. A long rest time should happened in every 60-90 minutes, with a rest time for 15-10 minutes with moving the backpacks down. At the beginning, hiker should not sit down at once, but to stand for 2-3 minutes to adjust their breathe, and then try to sit down to have a rest which can help to reduce the burden on heart. Hiker can massage the legs, waist, shoulders and other muscles by themselves or between other member, and they can also lay down to raise the leg, in order to let the leg blood congestion flow to the heart as much as possible.
