IBS College Offers Two New Degree Programs with UCSI University ...

IBS College a private institution of higher learning recently announced its new partnership with UCSI University, Malaysia. The partnership is an extension of the program development in which IBS College will offer two new degree programs:
-BA (Hon) in Accounting and Finance and
-BA (Hons) in Business Administration.

IBS College is a quality education institution which has produced more than 2,000 diploma and degree graduates in Miri over the last 14 years since it has established.

The programs are approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency or MQA under ownership of UCSI University will be offered entirely by IBS at its Miri campus.

The two degree programs are the popular programs in UCSI University and have received accreditation and recognition from many international professional bodies including ACCA in the UK.

The two new programs will be starting from January 2013. According to principal of IBS College, Dr Antony Hii, to help students cope with the cost of higher education, IBS College will allocate scholarships and sponsorships to those with good academic results and those in need.

UCSI University and IBS College together will offer the quality studies and this educational merger will help many students in Northern Sarawak and the surrounding regions obtain higher qualifications in Accounting and Finance and Business Administration. It will help the students to have the necessary knowledge related to finance and business. It will help the local business industries recruit enhanced and skilful manpower in the future.

This is a great initiative taken by the IBS College which will motivate the students to pursue their higher education in this particular field.
